The apartments Magnolia (suitable for 2/3 people) and Pioppo (suitable for 2/4 people) are located at the ground floor whereas the apartment Salice (suitable for 4/6 people) is at the first floor. The first two apartments are roughly 50 square metres wide and each one is consisting of a lounge with kitchen corner, one bedroom and one bathroom. The third apartment is slightly more than 100 square metres wide and is consisting of a double lounge with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each apartment has an independent boiler for heating and hot water and an air- conditioning machine. The apartments Magnolia and Salice have both a private terrace of roughly 25 square metres, oriented towards south-west. The terraces are facing a wide area for parking cars. The apartment Pioppo has direct access from the Via Pila and has got a private area for parking two cars. The apartments Magnolia and Pioppo have an inside connection door, in case of rentals from a single group/family of 4/7 people.
